Personal Experience
Matthew Presseau represents companies, investors and individuals in the areas of business law, real estate, commercial lending, trusts and estates, and litigation.
Prior to forming Miki & Presseau, PLLC, he worked with firms in New York City and Tokyo (Kojima Law Office) concentrating in dispute resolution and litigation. Mr. Presseau is admitted to practice in New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Conversationally fluent in Japanese.
Education
Matthew is a graduate of the University of Rochester (1996 - B.A. History, minor in Japanese), Northeastern University School of Law (1999 - J.D.), and Columbia University (2003 - M.A. Religion).
